This five piece forged aluminium panset from Gino D'Acampo's bespoke line features draining glass lids and soft grip handles. The pans include a textured base and a triple layer non-stick coating for improved non-stick performance and even heat dispersion. Adaptable to all sorts of hobs.
Use oven mitts when lifting because the handles can become hot during cooking. Wash the pan before using it. Use nylon or wooden utensils to prevent damaging the non-stick coating. Soak any hardened food deposits until they are soft before cleaning. Check to see that the heat source is appropriate for the size of the pan.
