Forged from a single, heavy duty, 5.5mm (1/4in) aluminium disc which is for superior strength and durability, then covered with a heat resistant, dishwasher safe coating. Each Elite Forged item is then finished internally, with our premium 5 star ProCook Ultra plus triple layer non-stick coating. With matching 18/10 stainless steel lids on selected items and 1mm imact bonded steel plate base, that helps with even heat distribution and is perfect for induction cooking.

Designed with riveted CoolTouch handles, for stength and ease of use. Our pans are designed to go from hob to oven. Our whole range is ovensafe to 260C, allowing you to start cooking on the hob and move directly to the oven or grill.
