Like NEW French COPPER Set MAUVIEL Sauce. Very nice french MAUVIEL hammered copper and stainless steel Sauce / Saute Pan Set. Composed of 3 Sauce Pans and One Saute Pan, Like New! Preserved in excellent condition as shown by the pictures. With polished copper exterior, 3 Large stainless steel rivets and cast iron handle.
Back of the wall, from the right to the left. The smallest Sauce pan was never used. The second smallest one was used only two times to make Gribish Sauce. The biggest Sauce Pan was used between 10 and 15 times.
The Saute Pan was used only 3 times. Most of the time, they were used as a decoration in a famous restaurant of Quimper. Stamped on the left side of the handle, made by MAUVIEL, Made in France "Fabrication Française" in French. Made for professionnal use, Real 3mm extra thick copper (measure with a vernier caliper), same quality as Dehillerin & the most famous french copper brands. Real 3mm, The best for chefs and serious amateur / family cooks!!The smallest Sauce Pan measure 5 1/8" diameter by 2 3/4". The second Sauce Pan measure 5 3/4" diameter by 3 1/4".
