Coating: Durable Teon® non-stick coating interior for flawless release and convenient cleanup. Handles: Strong, double-rivet ergonomic cast stainless steel handles stay cool on the cooktop.Lids: Tempered glass lids with stainless steel rim and cast stainless steel handles. Cleaning instructions: Allow pan to cool before washing. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
