You have to be patient and learn how to use it. All the reviewers that can't seem to cook simple items (eggs) are just too lazy to learn how to use the product.

We haven't had the set too long but so far we've had nothing sort of a great experience. The material is of good quality, the price was affordable and no excessive cleaning or care is required. We would recommend this product to anyone looking to go beyond a basic set without'breaking the bank'. I've only had them for a short amount of time but they have are amazing. They really do cook evenly and the handles remain cool even with prolonged cooking.

Lovely to look at and easy to maintain with Barkeepers Friend. Haven't used in dishwasher but really don't need to. Easy to wash by hand. Wish I had bought years ago! I did my research and read many reviews before I decided on this cookware.

I had been using Rachel Ray's cookware (2 sets in less than 5 years each) and while it's cheaper and easy to clean it warps and the non-stick surface scratches, wirh all the warnings about non-stick pans I was ready for a change and wanted this to be my last cookware set. All Clad was out of my price range and let's face it, if you're not a gourmet cook, rich and 30, why invest in top of the line cookware when this Cuisinart cookware set is as beautiful and functional. I have a glass cooktop which I love.
