By combining the excellent heat conductivity of heavy-gauge aluminium along with the advanced Teflon Platinum Pro nonstick coating, we have crafted cookware that is durable, beautiful and easy to maintain.

Heavy gauge hard anodised aluminium with cast 18/10 stainless steel handles. The Teflon Platinum Pro nonstick coating on the interior as well as the exterior side walls prevents staining, allows for low-fat cooking, excellent food release & easy clean-up.

It is PFOA-free, scratch-resistant, nonporous, & nonreactive. Break-resistant tempered glass lids with stainless steel rim allows monitoring of cooking without losing heat, moisture, flavours or nutrients. Cookware & lids are oven safe to 200°c.
